As part of the London Design Festival (2009), the installation has been dismantled this morning. We are now hopping for another fantastic one next year.
I went to photograph this installation a couple of times. It was an extremely inspiring project: the concept, structure and definitely the aesthetics. It was a very engaging installation as you can see on the following photographs. Hope you like them.

Water reflection.

Bird view.

I love rainbows!
Beautiful shots! The water reflections are mesmerizing. Looks like an exhibition I would have loved to attend. BTW are those chairs that they used to create the installation?
Hello Charlie. Yes, the arch was made out of chairs. I love spatial installation, and this was one of my favourite ones. Truly engaging. Everything was perfect: from concept to final piece.

Have a good week.
Excelent job!
We can see in one shot the colours, the lights, the movement. And of corse the creativity.
hi
the chairs were made by us, ercol Furniture, in Princes Risborough UK. They are a stacking chair made in elm and beech that we have made since about 1955. The arch was designed by Martino Gamper. I'm glad that you liked it so much. it is up again now in the V&A Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green London for their exhibition called 'Sit Down' of children's furniture.
