Stripe it.

A space in L shape is always quite challenging to style as quite often everything tends to go around the walls. For this specific space, I’ve kept the original colour (beige) and furniture and add orange + gold. The stripes make the room more balanced as it gives some height. The existing furniture was displayed diagonally to make use of the whole space and to let energy to flow more freely.

Painted stripes in coconut colour and orange. Existing client’s furniture. Danish candle stands and vase.

A Space To Chat.

Pretty empty room. The client’s brief was to style the empty room on the top floor. I’ve decided to keep it clean, spacious and concentrate all the energy on the floor, as if it was a field of flowers where we could walk freely.

Nanimarquina rug, bespoke cushions. Clients sofa. Walls are painted in light coconut colour.

The Green Kitchen.

Bamboo trees and Japanese interiors were the design inspiration for this kitchen. Simple, yet elegant and inviting. I’ve combined light green in a wengé background, as I did in other rooms, and stainless steel as jewellery to state the detail.

From Portugal With Love.

The following spaces belong to the same house: the entré and social rooms on the ground floor of this beautiful terrace house in Portugal. My clients’ brief was pretty simple: a family chic home!
To achieve it I’ve combined different styles giving it an eclectic feeling with the warmth of wengé and the energy of red. My inspiration was as simple as a red roses bouquet.
I wish you’ll get all the inspiration from this project. The key is to do it with love!

THE HALL AS A WELCOME TO YOU The hall is one of the most important spaces in the house. It's the first impact, the first to communicate with our energy.Making the best of light, I've chosen wengé as a background giving touches of colour in each room.

LIVING WITH PASSION

Bespoke furniture. Organza fabric from Aldeco. Velvet armchairs. White suede sofa. Glass vases from Glasscor.

DINING WITH LOVE
Satin wallpaper. Red velvet. Square wengé dining table. French style chairs.

A VERY SPECIAL TOILET

A printed red flower on the wall gives "that" touch.

It's Beautiful

A project is finished to me when I feel beauty in it. It has to be beautiful.
And beauty is the most of natural feelings. It's Love. Charm. Energy. Tranquility.

As Charles Baudelaire once said "Absolute simplicity is, indeed, the best way of being distinguished". And I, indeed, use his words as my design philosophy.
